The panasonic phone/fax is well designed for functionality (compact and cordless phone feature nice). Downside: Difficult to find cartridge refills (must order online) Poor audio quality, crackles (static)

This phone simply is not loud enough. I can hardly hear the other party when I adjust it to maximum volume.
