Customer Review: Poor quality...better options existI bought this phone for the over ear option on the headset. Once the unit arrived, I noticed the frail quality of the handset. Sure enough the ear loop broke within 6 weeks. I called RCA support to get a replacement, but they do not make replacement ear loops. RCA will replace the entire unit if it is within the warranty period, but it takes 4-6 weeks to get the replacement. I got a replacement unit and the ear loop broke again in 3 months. Other cons include: No speaker phone Very large wall unit must be plugged in Ease of use Overall quality
